By booking a reading, purchasing a product, or using this website, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.

Nature of services
Serpidea offers tarot readings, workshops, digital products, original artworks, and related creative services.
Tarot readings are intended for personal reflection, self-development, and creative exploration. They are not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
You remain responsible for your own decisions and actions.
Bookings
Payment is required before or at the time of your appointment unless otherwise agreed.
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled up to 24 hours before the scheduled session.
Cancellations made within 24 hours are generally non-refundable.
If I need to cancel a session, you may choose either:
A full refund, or
A rescheduled appointment.
Refunds
Due to the personal and time-based nature of tarot readings, completed services cannot be refunded.
If you experience an issue with your booking, please contact me and I will do my best to resolve it fairly.
Digital products
Digital downloads, PDFs, and other downloadable content are delivered immediately after purchase.
Once delivered or downloaded, digital products are generally non-refundable except where required by applicable consumer law.
Physical products
If physical products are offered, they are sold in accordance with applicable Danish and EU consumer protection legislation.
If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact me as soon as possible so that the issue can be resolved.
Intellectual property
Unless otherwise stated, all artwork, written content, illustrations, photographs, designs, and downloadable materials on this website remain the intellectual property of Serpidea.
They may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.
Limitation of liability
Serpidea shall not be liable for decisions or actions taken following a tarot reading or the use of any information provided through this website.
Services are offered in good faith for personal insight and creative exploration.
Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Denmark.
